SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped from Germany. Order processing — from placement to handover to the postal service — takes 1–2 business days, excluding weekends, and never exceeds the processing time stated on Etsy.

All parcels are sent via the German postal carriers DHL or Deutsche Post with a tracking number provided. Once your order ships, you will receive the tracking number and can follow your parcel.

Please note that the delivery times shown on Etsy are estimates. They are calculated automatically and depend on the postal and customs services, so the actual delivery time may vary. What we are responsible for — and fully guarantee — is handing your order over for shipment within the stated processing time.

The speed of the postal carriers (DHL and others) and customs is beyond our control. If anything unusual happens with a parcel — a delay, a loss, or a customs query — we step in and help: we open an inquiry, file the necessary claims, and see the matter through to a resolution.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient's absence, or failure to collect it from the post office in time, we do not re-ship the same order. The cost of the item is refunded; a new shipment requires placing the order again.

If a buyer cancels an order that has already been shipped, the cost of the item is refunded once the item has been returned to us. Shipping costs are not refunded in this case.

For any return, the cost of the item is refunded. Shipping costs (both outbound and return postage), as well as any taxes and customs duties, are non-refundable.

If the sealed packaging has been opened, the item may not be eligible for return for reasons of hygiene (§ 312g (2) no. 3 of the German Civil Code, BGB). This applies to opened, used, or partially consumed materials. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All payments and refunds are processed through Etsy's payment system. The processing times for payments and refunds are determined by the platform. We initiate a refund on our side right away, but the time it takes to appear is governed by Etsy's rules.

We offer perfumery raw materials in limited retail quantities for non-commercial use: to explore and evaluate a scent, to experiment, to learn, and to work on your own projects and personal fragrance compositions.

This is a format for personal use and learning, not raw material for industrial or large-scale commercial cosmetics production.

GOOD TO KNOW

This is a perfumery raw material, not a ready-to-use perfume or a finished cosmetic product. It is not intended for ingestion or for application to the skin in undiluted form.

Please use and store the materials in accordance with the stated CLP warnings. The seller is not liable for the consequences of improper storage, dosing, blending, or use of the product contrary to its intended purpose. The appearance of the packaging may vary depending on the quantity; this does not affect the composition or quality of the product.
