Production begins once you've approved your design. We also offer a selection of instant downloadable products, where you’ll receive the design files immediately after purchase and can personalise them to suit your needs.

How long until I see my design proof?

For every personalized wedding sign, memorial banner, or custom piece, you'll receive a digital proof within 24 hours of your order — often within a few hours during business days. Nothing prints until you've approved every detail of your design, layout, and colours.

Do you offer matching wedding sign sets or gift bundles?

We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, or TIFF files at 300 DPI in RGB colour mode (under 100MB). Whether you've designed your own wedding banner, memorial tribute, or event signage, we'll review for print quality and confirm before printing. Files are printed exactly as submitted, so please double-check spelling, names, and colours.

Do you offer rush wedding orders?

Yes — rush production is available for selected products for an additional fee, designed for last-minute weddings, memorial services, or surprise gift orders. Please message us with the listing link you’re interested in and your event date before ordering, and we’ll confirm the fastest production timeline we can offer, along with available express shipping options at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

For US buyers using standard USPS: no. Your wedding sign, memorial banner, or other order ships with all duties and import taxes included in the price — no surprise customs charges at delivery.
