Where are your blankets made?

We are proud to say that all of our woven blankets are 100% made in the United States.

What is the shipping timeframe?

Orders within the United States usually have a processing time of 2-3 business days. Since our woven blankets are made to order, production can take up to 5 business days before shipment. On average, the total delivery time from purchase is around 1 week.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

To ensure quick printing and shipping, I work with an external printer who manages the production of my items. I usually submit orders within a few hours of receiving them, and once the printing and production process begins, it's difficult to cancel. However, feel free to reach out and ask about the possibility of canceling your order. While I can't guarantee it, I'll do my best to help.

Is it possible to exchange my woven blanket?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is the process for crafting your woven blankets?

Using the latest Jacquard loom technology, we combine both monochromatic and polychromatic high-quality yarns in a thermal weave to create a luxurious, breathable finish. Our skilled in-house designers handcraft each blanket, ensuring that the final design matches the original artistic vision perfectly. We take great pride in the careful attention to detail at every stage of our process, from concept to completion, delivering a truly unique and exquisite product.

Do the product images vary slightly from the actual orders?

We strive to provide accurate product images that closely reflect the actual items. However, slight variations may occur due to factors like lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing. Our images are mockups showing how your order will look, but minor differences may be present. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to our customer support.
