📱 HOW IT WORKS (Transparent Tech Setup)
This tool uses a custom Google Apps Script to run the scanner.
• One-Time Setup: You will need to open the Script Editor in the sheet and click "Deploy" once (Step-by-step PDF guide with screenshots included).
• Authorization: Because this runs on your private Google Drive, Google will show a "Permission" screen during setup. You must authorize the script to access your Drive so it can save your receipt images.
• Privacy: You own the code. I never see your data, receipts, or financial info. It lives 100% in your Google account.

This is exactly what I needed. I run a small business and I’ve been sorting receipts and tracking everything by hand. Directions were easy to follow for download and set up. I’m not the greatest with computer stuff so I had questions and she was able to answer them all for me. The application is simple and to the point. It was a bit time consuming to upload months of receipts at a time but it was easy enough that I paid my kids to do it. This has definitely made this side of business keeping so much better for me.
