Can I change my address after placing an order?

Address changes can be made up to two hours after you place your order.

Custom and personalized orders

Due to the nature of the product being made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrive poorly printed, damage, defective, or not the size you ordered (i.e., it was mislabeled). Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and correct it. IMPORTANT! it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you are unsure which size would fit you best, check out our size chart: we have one for each item listed in the product images. If possible, measure your shirt from armpit to armpit and top to bottom and compare them.

Custom and personalized orders

It take us 2-5 (on average, 3) days to produce and ship the products. Then you need to add shipping times (5-7 business days) on top of that, which is the average time for the product to arrive.

Which size should I get for T-shirts?

The size chart is already displayed on the listing images, so please refer to them when making a purchase. The sizes are true to size, but you could get a size smaller if you want a more fitted look. When making a purchase, don't worry about shrinkage, as they are very high-quality and only shrink up to 3%.
