Is it easy to assemble?

We provide detailed care instructions inside the assembly guide, which is 100% frustration-free and professionally prepared. One of our owners, Furkan, is a talented Product Design BSc graduate who designs assembly guides for every piece of furniture. We also include safety instructions for all heavy furniture.

Are shipping & customs fees free of charge?

All customs-related costs are fully covered by us. Our dedicated team member, Cedric, manages the entire customs process on your behalf — you won't need to handle anything. In most cases, international deliveries proceed even more smoothly than domestic shipments. We ship exclusively via Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning there are absolutely no surprise fees or additional charges upon delivery. Please note that shipping rates may vary depending on your destination country. Orders from the US, Europe, and Canada qualify for free shipping.

What’s the difference between Paint, Stain & Varnish?

Paint: Full coverage with a solid color finish. Stain: Natural look that highlights the wood grain. Varnish: A protective finishing layer. Applied over paint or stain, and also included by default if no paint or stain is selected.

What Happens to the Other Measurements When I Customize the Width or Depth?

We keep the original proportions when applying your selected width and depth. If you have specific measurement preferences, please contact us after your purchase so we can go over the details together.

The bookshelf is beautiful and well constructed! it was more than what we expected. We are VERY happy! We had some issues with US customs, the seller was able to resolve them and replaced the hardware customs lost quickly.

High quality shelves, only a few issues from 5 stars: 1. Customs process was a headache. It said it was arriving on May 24-30; nothing, then a week into June got contacted by FedEx it had been held up in customs, back and forth 3 days with FedEx and seller to get the right certification to clear, then it came the next day. 2. NO INSTRUCTIONS, my super and I had to assemble and disassemble one of the unit 3 times to figure out the right configuration. Fortunately, we ordered 2 so we were able to apply our new found expertise and the second unit was much easier. Please provide instructions, or give me a call and we can tell you how... 3. Little lock nut plastic covers are nearly impossible to put on, and the color is off anyway. For the price, these are quite nice, solid real wood.

Customs delays are outside any seller's control and common worldwide right now. On assembly instructions: each of our pieces has its own custom assembly guide, prepared specifically for that item, and we send these to every customer by email and Etsy Message at the time of shipping. We intentionally send these digitally rather than printing them, since a full instruction set can run 20-30 pages for what's ultimately a 10-minute assembly — we'd rather not waste that much paper for such a short process, and we hope you understand that choice. If you'd like us to resend it, just let us know! As for the lock nut covers, these are the same standard fitting used across all our units and have shipped to hundreds of happy customers.
