**Seller/RedBarnCreativeShop reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet production requirements. This includes designs with numerous small or intricate areas that are too small to cut and weed successfully at the size ordered. With the buyer’s approval, we may sometimes be able to modify or simplify the artwork to make it suitable for vinyl cutting. However, this is not always possible, as some designs simply do not translate well to vinyl. If a design cannot be reasonably adapted for cutting, the order may be canceled, but buyers will always be notified.**

Designs can be a maximum of 2-colors but would require approval and an additional 2-color fee. Please me mindful of the amount of text in the decal size ordered. If the text is too small for our machine to cut, we will advise that you remove some of text so remaining text can be enlarged. More than 1 font can be used. Please indicate LINE BREAKS in personalization box. PROOF: A proof will be sent for approval on orders with customization (typed orders -- not orders that are a simple logo) that are not straightforward. If If proof is not approved within 5 days, we will proceed with mailing your order. Please watch your Etsy inbox. We would prefer you upload your images/logos when ordering, you can also send them via Etsy messages, but if you would like to email it, please email to imakethingspretty [!at] yahoo.com but you must message us that it has been emailed, as we do not monitor our email as closely as Etsy messages. ****

If you would like to use a logo in your design, please message us a logo image of your brand once your order is placed. You may also email it to us, please send us a message requesting our email address! Black and white, JPEG, PNG, EPS or PDF is preferred. If your logo is not large enough to reproduce at an acceptable size for cutting, we will reach out to you. If we can recreate it easily, we will do so but if it is low resolution and will be time consuming to recreate, there will be a minimal custom design fee you will need to purchase.

Quick vinyl decal application tips:
- Do not apply in cold weather, adhesive may stick but will lift easily.
- Do not apply in extreme heat, apply in the shade, vinyl will get very soft and stretch in extreme heat.
- Do not use alcohol to apply, it will destroy the adhesive.
- Do not use an ice scraper on the decal, it may lift or break pieces off.
- Do not touch the adhesive backing, oils from your skin will prevent sticking.
- Do not point high pressure car wash nozzle at the edges of the decal for a long time, may lift or break pieces. Car washes are safe.
- Before application make sure there is no wax or Rain-X products on the surface, adhesive may stick but will lift easily.
- Don't apply wax over graphics, especially if the wax contains any petroleum distillates.
- When using squeegee / credit cards on decal after transfer tape is removed, place squeegee / credit cards inside sock and then squeegee decal. (This will prevent scratching the decal.)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: There is no vinyl that is officially listed as dishwasher safe. Although adhesives may be waterproof, that doesn't mean they will last though various water pressures and temperatures in different dishwashers. It is best to hand wash items after your decal is applied. Handwashing will increase the longevity of both your decal and drink ware item.
