Yes, you may choose placement on the left or right chest. Some areas (like inner sleeves) aren’t possible due to embroidery machine limits.

We’re happy to adjust size, color, or address if you notify us within 1–2 hours of placing the order, before processing begins.

May I cancel my order?

If artwork or embroidery setup has already been prepared, a small fee may apply. Otherwise, we’ll process the cancellation accordingly.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Any customs duties or import fees are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot control these charges.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Please reach out with photos right away. We’ll gladly send a replacement or refund to make things right.

Can I return a personalized order?
