This rug is handcrafted using traditional wooden block printing and natural vegetable dyes. Each piece is unique, and slight variations are an inherent part of its handmade nature.

Please read carefully before purchase:

Color Bleeding & Wash Behavior: Due to the use of natural vegetable dyes mixed with hands, it is completely normal for some excess color to release during the first few washes. This is a natural characteristic of the dyeing process and not a defect. The color will settle after initial washes.

Color Softening: Slight fading or softening of color over time, after washing or sun exposure, is expected and adds to the rug’s organic, vintage appeal. This is expected and natural to hand printed cotton rugs.

Variation in Color & Print: Minor differences in color, print alignment, and pattern may occur due to hand block printing and are not considered flaws. Colors tone may be dark and light due to hand mixed process.

Natural Imperfections: Small irregularities in weave, texture, or finish are part of the handmade process and enhance the authenticity of the product.

Creases & Shape: Rugs may arrive folded; creases or slight shape variations will naturally settle within a few days.

Cotton Rug Size & Shrinkage Policy:


Please note that all our rugs are handmade from natural cotton and are intentionally woven slightly larger (approximately 2–5 inches approx extra on each side). This is a standard industry practice for cotton rugs, as cotton naturally shrinks after the first wash and with regular usage.

We recommend washing in cold or lukewarm water and air drying naturally. After the initial wash, the rug adjusts to its intended size as the cotton fibers settle. Cotton commonly shrinks around 10–12% after the first wash, which is normal for natural cotton products.

Due to the handmade nature and natural characteristics of cotton, slight size variations and initial oversized measurements are not considered defects or grounds for return/refund. By purchasing, buyers acknowledge and accept the natural behavior of cotton materials.

Important Note: This is a thin cotton rug handwoven on loom with cotton threads with a pile height of approx 0.25 to 0.3 inches , It is as soft as cotton. It is then printed with wooden blocks using vegetable colors. If you have any doubts please ask before ordering since we make each rug as we receive order and once dispatched to overseas destination nothing can be done. Shipping alone takes 60% of the order value which is very expensive.

Shipping, Delivery, & Customs Policy (Please Read Carefully)

All orders are shipped only to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, phone number, and email address are accurate and complete.

A valid phone number and email address are mandatory for shipping. These details are required by courier companies for delivery coordination, customs clearance, and investigations. Failure to provide accurate contact details may result in delivery issues for which the seller is not responsible.

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, the delivery is considered successfully completed and fulfilled. No Exceptions.

If the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address — including delivery to a reception, front desk, security, mailroom, concierge, neighboring unit, or shared building area — the order will be treated as complete, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Claims of “not received” after carrier delivery confirmation are not eligible for refunds. In such cases, the buyer must:

Check with building management, reception, neighbors, or shared offices

Contact the local courier office directly with the tracking number

Initiate a formal non-receipt or misdelivery report with the carrier

Provide cooperation (phone/email confirmation) if a courier investigation is required

Buyer must provide their contact phone number and email address to initiate trace with courier

Buyer must contact courier local office with tracking number and register a lost complaint 

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Charges (International Orders)

All customs duties, tariffs, VAT, GST, import taxes, and destination-country charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing.

Couriers may contact the buyer directly using the provided phone number and email for duty payment or clearance requirements. Failure to respond or pay required charges may result in delays, return, or destruction of the shipment.

If a buyer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, or import charges, the courier may:

Return the parcel (if permitted), or

Destroy or abandon the shipment, as per courier and customs regulations

Any costs incurred due to refusal of customs payment — including shipping fees, return fees, storage fees, destruction fees, or penalties — will be fully borne by the buyer. Such cases are not eligible for refunds.

Customs delays, inspections, holds, or clearance issues are beyond the seller’s control and do not qualify as non-delivery or refund.


IMPORTANT NOTE:-

All of our block-printed rugs with geometric patterns are first hand-chalked to set the design layout and then carefully hand printed by artisans. This chalk is not a defect or damage—it is a normal part of the traditional handmade process and is temporary.

The chalk marks are designed to fade naturally and will disappear with very simple steps:

Place the rug in direct sunlight for a few hours

Allow regular use of the rug (light foot traffic helps)

Gently vacuum the area

If needed, lightly wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth (no scrubbing required)


Refund Policy Conditions
1. Refunds for Non-Defective Rugs:
If the rug has no defect or issue, ( All defects or issues related to rug must be notified to us with in 24 hours of delivery with clear visual photos and videos and must be verified and confirmed by seller, any defects caused during shipping is not considered as manufacturing defect ) and the return is initiated for personal reasons (such as change of mind, color preference, or size concerns), the following deductions will apply from the refund amount:

10% destination duty or actual duty charges,

50% tariff charges or actual tariffs, and

Actual shipping, handling, and taxes incurred on the order.

Since the product was correctly delivered and without fault on our part, the customer will be responsible for the above charges, including all fees imposed by the destination country and the original shipping fees.

2. Refunds for Defective Rugs:
If the rug is found to have a manufacturing defect or damage, we will issue a refund after inspection. In such cases:

Destination 10% duty and 50% tariff charges ( or actual duty and tariffs) will still be deductible,

However, we will cover the shipping and handling costs associated with the return.

Each of our rugs is authentically hand-woven on traditional looms, knot-by-knot. Because these are crafted by human hands and not industrial machines, slight variations in size, weave, and texture are natural hallmarks of artisanal work.

Intentional Oversizing for Cotton Shrinkage

We use 100% natural cotton fibers, which are prized for their softness and durability. However, cotton is a natural fiber that tends to shrink by approximately minimally 2 to 3 inches after the first wash.

To ensure your rug remains the correct size for your space throughout its lifetime, we intentionally weave our rugs 2 to 3 inches wider and longer than the listed dimensions. All cotton rugs are shipped as per this policy, customers are requested to contact us if there is any sizing concerns before ordering, any issues after rug is delivered will not be considerable for product defect.

Initial Size: Your rug may arrive slightly larger than the ordered dimensions (e.g., a 30" runner may arrive at 34").

Post-Wash Size: After washing, the fibers will tighten and settle into the standard size you ordered.=================================
