Are the reproductions framed or mounted?

All paper prints are sold unframed. However, you can also choose the stretched canvas option, which comes mounted on a wooden frame and ready to hang. The photos shown are for reference only, to help you visualize how your piece might look displayed in your home.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged, incorrect, or broken?

Although every order is carefully packaged, damage can occasionally occur. Please contact me immediately through the store chat, describing what happened and including photos of the packaging and the damaged item. Claims must be made within 20 days of purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot offer replacements after that period. Delivery times are estimates. While they are usually met, occasional delays may happen. These will not be considered valid grounds for return, but I will always do my best to help if your order is delayed

What happens if tracking shows "delivered" but I haven’t received my order?

This means: If you live in the United States, your order will be printed and shipped from the U.S. If you live in the United Kingdom, it will be shipped from the U.K. And so on, depending on your location. In very rare cases, due to high demand, your order might be produced and shipped from the European Union, which could involve a customs fee payable by the customer.

Can my delivery address be a PO Box?
