How do I download my pattern after purchase?

To download your files, go to etsy.com (not the Etsy app) → click on your profile icon → select "Purchases and Reviews" → find your order and click "Download Files." Important: Downloads are not available through the Etsy mobile app , you must use a web browser on your phone or computer.

Can I re-download the files later?

Yes! Your files are available for download at any time from your Etsy account. Simply go to "Purchases and Reviews" and click "Download Files" , there is no expiration date.

What printing formats are included?

Each pattern comes with three print file formats: A4 (for home printing, standard in most countries), US Letter (for home printing, standard in the US/Canada), and A0 (for professional print shop use , a single large sheet, no taping needed).

How do I print the pattern at home (A4 or US Letter)?

Open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free software). In the print settings, select "Actual Size" , do NOT select "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to Fit," as this will change the scale of the pattern. We recommend printing one test page first and measuring the 1-inch (2.54 cm) test square with a ruler to confirm the scale is correct before printing all pages.

How do I use the A0 print shop file?

Take the A0 file to your local print shop and request that they print it at 100% scale with no scaling or tiling. After printing, verify the accuracy using the test square on the pattern page. This option saves you time , no taping required!

How do I select a specific size to print?

Our patterns use a layered PDF system. Open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader, then click the "Layers" icon on the right-hand panel. You will see each size listed (e.g., Size 1-2 years, Size 3-4 years, etc.). Click the eye icon next to each layer to show or hide it. Print only the size(s) you need to save ink and paper. If you are printing multiple sizes, make sure both layers are visible before printing.

What sizes are available?

Our patterns are available in children's sizes ranging from 3 months up to 10–12 years, depending on the design. All sizes are included in every purchase, you don't need to buy separate files for each size. Size charts with measurements in both centimeters and inches are provided in the instruction booklet.
