If the print or item in put into production which happens quite quickly there is a good chance the address will NOT be able to be changed to the correct one. At that point the best thing to do is cancel the order and reorder with the correct address. But at the same time depending on when it requested to correct the address, the item may have been produced and bering prepared for shipping. In this case cancellation is not available.
