Yes. All items are printed especially for you once an order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows me to offer a wider range of designs and sizes.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are made to order, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 30 days of delivery with photos and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there’s any issue with your order (damage, print defect, or the wrong item sent), just message me with your order number and clear photos within 30 days, and I’ll make it right.

How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size chart in the listing images before ordering. I’m happy to help if you’re unsure, but refunds or exchanges can’t be offered for sizing issues unless the wrong size was sent.

Will the colours look exactly the same as on my screen?

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. Minor colour differences are normal and aren’t considered defects.

Who creates the artwork? Do you use AI?

All artwork is created by me - NO AI AT ALL 🐦 I've been creating art for over 25 years. Since finding and rescuing Croissant, my feral pigeon, I was inspired to create art about these beautiful, misunderstood animals and their chaos and silliness!

What are the t-shirts made from? Are they sensory-friendly?

I use the Gildan Softstyle® 64000 unisex t-shirt for my designs. These tees were chosen specifically for comfort and sensory friendliness: No tags No side seams Soft, lightweight feel Fabric composition: Solid colours: 100% cotton Sport Grey: cotton/polyester blend (for added durability) If you have specific sensory needs and aren’t sure which colour or option is best, feel free to message me before ordering.

It is so SOFT. I got this for a friend who loves pigeons and jumpers, but has texture issues with clothing. This was perfect! Warm, soft, and no annoying tags. It says not to iron it, but I would at least press the embroidery after washing. Very lovely overall!
