Unfortunately, my matcha set did take a bit longer than expected to arrive, but whenever I would reach out to the seller, I would always get a response back. On a positive note, I am loving my Totoro matcha set. Looks way better in person than in the picture and it looks amazing in the picture. It’s the perfect matcha bowl.

It never arrived and no response when I contacted them 2x, ugh! I'm still waiting. I was even sent a picture of my package saying it is just waiting for pick up. Once again it was ordered Feb 4th and today is March 24th. Unfortunately for me my gf's daughter really wants this gift! I'm not sure this is a real company. March 31st, 2026....still waiting. Supposedly it got lost in the mail a second time. This entire company might be a scam. Sadly I still want this item. April 9th still no order or update when it will be shipped...
