Do you offer custom designs?

Absolutely! We’re happy to work with you on custom designs when our schedule allows. During especially busy seasons, we may need to limit custom requests so we can keep up with orders. If you have an idea that you don’t see in our shop, please send us a message before placing your order. We can talk through your idea, recommend the best design and label size, and explain how to place your order.

I just placed an order, but I need to add another item. What should I do?

Send us a message as soon as possible! We’re unable to add items to an existing order. You can either place a second order, or we can cancel your original order so you can reorder everything together.

Can I see a proof before my order ships?

Yes! Proofs are available upon request for personalized designs, or whenever we have a question about your order. For non-custom designs, your label will be printed as shown in the listing photos, so a proof is generally not necessary. Each listing also includes examples of how the personalization will look, so we recommend reviewing the listing photos carefully before ordering. Please keep in mind that requesting a proof can add a little extra time to your order. We will wait up to 24 hours for your approval before moving forward with printing. To help avoid delays, please make sure all requested personalization information is included when you place your order.

How do I know which label size to order?

Bottles come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, so we know choosing a label can be confusing! Our labels are designed to fit most standard wine, champagne, and liquor bottles. Each listing includes size guide photos to help you choose the best option for your bottle. If you’re unsure which size will work best, send us a message before ordering. We’re happy to help you choose!

Do I need to remove the existing bottle label?

You don’t have to, but we strongly recommend removing the existing label for the best results. Existing labels can show through your new label, especially if they have dark colors, raised textures, or other uneven surfaces. Leaving the original label in place can also affect how smoothly your new label applies and may prevent it from being repositionable. We include instructions for removing existing labels with your order, and you’ll also find label removal information in the photos of our listings.

What if my label wrinkles or bubbles after I apply it?

Wrinkles and bubbles are most commonly caused by using a label that is too large for the bottle or applying the label over a curved portion of the bottle. Our labels are made to be durable and water-resistant, but care should be taken during application. Once a label has been applied, we cannot guarantee the results if it wrinkles, bubbles, tears during removal, or if the adhesive is compromised after being removed from its backing. If you run into an issue, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’re always happy to see what we can do to help, and in some situations we may be able to offer discounted replacements.

When will my order ship?

We try our best to process orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. During busy periods, weekends, and holidays, we do allow up to 48 hours for processing. Orders placed Sunday through Thursday will typically ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday or Saturday will typically ship Monday. We do not ship on USPS holidays. If you request a proof, your order may take a little longer to ship since we need to allow time for your approval. We’ll wait up to 24 hours for a response before moving forward.

How long does shipping usually take?

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are: USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days These are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping times can occasionally be affected by USPS volume, weather, holidays, or other unexpected delays. If you’re working with a tight deadline, please message us before ordering so we can help you choose the best option available.

My order is past the estimated delivery date. What should I do?

Every once in a while, USPS packages experience unexpected delays. Unfortunately, once your package has been handed over to USPS, we don’t have control over the delivery timeline or visibility into every delay. If your package is past the estimated delivery date and the tracking hasn’t updated in several days, we recommend first reaching out to USPS directly at 1-(800) 275-8777 or file a claim online: www.usps.com/help/claims.htm Calling is a faster process. 9 times out of 10, they will be able to resolve the situation. They can often provide more information about the package than we can. If USPS is unable to resolve the issue, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to work with you on the best solution.

My tracking says "Delivered," but I never received my order. What should I do?

Occasionally, USPS will mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. In many cases, the package will show up within the next 1–3 business days. If you don’t see your package after that, we recommend contacting USPS directly to report the missing delivery. They can investigate the delivery scan and provide information that we may not have access to. If you still haven’t received your package after 3 business days, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help determine the best next step.
