Custom and personalized orders

We strive to keep our customers happy and returning. If there is an arrangement you love but would like for it to be a little more customized to your liking, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will work hard to make sure you have a product you love. Keep in mind, personalized and/or custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless there is damage to the product.

Each arrangement is unique and one of a kind. Measurements are approximate. Don't hesitate to contact us for more details about any product that you are interested in.

Our wreaths are made with the intention of being on a front door. Keep in mind that direct sunlight and weather elements like rain and snow will fade the colors of flowers and ribbon over time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping.

You are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. We will remedy the problem or further assist you with the return process. Once arrangements are made to return an item, please do so within 7 days of original delivery date. Ship it in the original box to the return address shown. Once the package is received, I will refund your original payment minus shipping charges. If you received "free shipping" on your order, shipping charges of $29.99will be deducted from the sale of the item before we issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding. Exception: Custom and holiday wreaths (Valentine's Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas) are nonrefundable.

If your wreath is damaged during shipping, please notify me immediately upon receipt so I can address the situation. Please message me with any questions about our wreaths or shop policies. We ship USPS and Fed Ex. We do package our items appropriately, however I cannot be held responsible for damage during transit. We do make errors on occasions, please contact us if you see one and we will get it taken care of.

Does your shop ship to Hawaii or Alaska?

Unfortunately, our shop only provides free shipping to the lower 48 states at this time. We can ship to Alaska or Hawaii but shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If you have further questions or want an order approved for shipping, please message Lora!

*Consider having your purchase sprayed with a UV protectant after it’s created and before we ship it out. The UV protectant will give your artificial wreath a longer “life span”, protecting it from the direct UV rays of the sun that can fade a wreath quicker!
