If you have any requirements that are different to the sizing or colours stated in the drop downs or on the listings please message prior to ordering.

Please only wash any clothing items at 30 degrees and do not tumble dry.

Returns, Exchange’s and Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not accept any form of return, exchange or refunds on socks for hygiene reasons. For personalised items also, we can not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If an item is damaged by no fault other than ours, we will ask you to return the items so we can assess and repair. If you have mistakenly spelt something in the personalisation boxes and we have made this, you are responsible for purchasing a new set or sending the item back at your cost so we can amend (if possible) and paying for the postage to return to you.

Please ensure you read our delivery times before ordering. Express shipping can be chosen at the checkout if you need your order sooner, if your socks are being personalised with a date that’s within the next 14 days, we recommend choosing the express shipping option. We can not rush through orders without you adding the express option and will not be held responsible if they do not arrive on time. If you state your package has not arrived and tracking states it has been delivered, we will not hold any responsibility for this. You will need to file a claim with the courier firstly and keep us updated on the progress of this and the conclusion before we will send out a new order.

If you wish to cancel, this must be done within the first 2 hours. Anything after this can not be cancelled, returned or refunded as the process of completing your order will have already started.
