▪️ SHIPPING | My order hasn't arrived

Please kindly confirm the following details, so we can investigate this further: • Check if the address is complete and correct. • Check if someone near the property has received it, like their neighbors or housemates. • Check if the package is left in the post office for collection, as normally that's the case. If the post office cannot tell more about the whereabouts of the package, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us again and we will check on this further with the Print Provider!

▪️ ISSUE | I just received the poster, Unfortunately, the paper was creased.

I’m sorry to hear that there's been an issue with your order. Once the package leaves print provider's lab, how the carrier handles it, is out of their control. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, We offer a FREE replacement. Any items that are deemed damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, are covered at our expense with a FREE reshipment, as long as the report is submitted within 30 days of delivery. We heavily rely on photographic evidence, as it helps us to investigate and back the claim up for the replacement to the print provider. Could you please send me a picture of the bent and damaged print via Etsy message? We will be happy to help you with the replacement!
