Why do you only sell to customers in the EU?

I live in the EU so it's easiest to set up shipping to other countries in the EU, rather than outside. I now support shipping to several countries within the EU, but if you cannot find your country - send me an email or DM and I'll try to fix it for you! I'm building this shop bit by bit so your shout-outs are very welcome 🎤.

How is the stud attached to the back of the earring?

It depends on the earring. Either we use a ring, or we attach it straight to the back of the clay. In case of the latter, do you see that shiny layer on the back of the earring? That's epoxy resin, which is used to make a strong bond between the stainless steel stud and the polymer clay. It will ensure that your stud won't detach from the rest of the earring ✨.

Earring with amber tortoise look. A neutral statement with a bold shape. Made from polymer clay, finished with epoxy resin. By making use of a mix with transparant clay, the earring changes colour slightly in different lights, giving it a special look.
Please note that the earrings look won't look exactly the same as in the picture, but will vary slightly because of it's handmade process.

>> What materials do we use for the rings and studs?
We use stainless steel that's allergy and nickel free. With stainless steel, you are guaranteed long-lasting color retention. The statue of liberty could learn a thing or two from that 🗽!

>>How to take care of the earring?
Be careful with it when you can. For example, when taking the earrings with you, store them in a little box so they don't get crushed by other objects. And likewise, don't swim with them or spray harsh chemicals or perfume on them, to keep them looking nice.
If you find marks on the earring that won't come off, you can use a tiny bit of dishwashing liquid or rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad, and wipe carefully to remove the mark. Important: do not do this on earrings that have a shiny finish, as it will dull the shine.

>>How heavy are the earrings?
Most pairs of earrings are less than 10 grams together. For comparison, 1 A4 sheet of paper is 5 grams. Being lightweight is a great property of polymer clay and it means that you can rock your earrings without hurting your ear lobes!
