When Will My Order Ship?

Most of our items are made to order, typically taking 1-3 business days to prepare before shipping. To be on the safe side, please allow up to 5 days. We appreciate your patience!

Why Isn't My Tracking Information Updating?

Once a tracking number is assigned to your order, it's in transit, either by us or our printing partners. Please allow 24-72 hours for initial scans to appear in the tracking system. "Pre-Transit" simply means your package is waiting for a carrier scan. Contacting the carrier or us won't speed up this process. Please be patient.

Can I Cancel My Order or Modify the Shipping Address?

Due to our commitment to processing and fulfilling your order as quickly as possible, it's often challenging (and sometimes not possible) for us to cancel or make changes to orders once they've been submitted. If your order was placed within the last 1-3 hours and you need to cancel or modify it, please reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or adjust orders once they are in the process of fulfillment, have tracking information, or are in transit.

Return To Sender/Incomplete Addresses

We ship to the address you provide. Please ensure it's accurate and complete. If your order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the cost of re-shipping and any postage due when we retrieve it from the post office.

Missing Items in My Order

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately for various reasons. Each item will have its tracking information, provided at no extra cost to you. You can find this tracking information in your order details under "My Purchases."

What If I Have an Issue with My Order?
