USING CANVA TEMPLATES:
Canva Templates allow you to seamlessly edit my nursing report sheets to make them your own and fit to your specific needs. You can also change colors or add graphics if you wish. Go to the PDF Canva Template Link included in your downloads, read the instructions, then click the link. You will need to have a free Canva account to log in. You will be able to edit the sheets as you wish. Print as many copies as needed. And continue to use them in the future if you want to make changes again.
