Hello Dear Kelly. Please try downloading from a laptop or computer. !!! You don't need to install any applications, just download the zip archive and unzip it. All files are in the folder. All large images are specifically designed for POD printing. I described all these details in the kit description. That's why the archive is so large and is stored in the cloud, as Etsy doesn't have the space for large files. You've purchased 40 large, high-quality images. I sincerely hope for your understanding. If you have any difficulties downloading, please write to me and I will try to send it to you in parts via email. Due to the fact that there are a lot of files, they are archived in a Zip Archive and placed on Cloud. To download the Archive, just follow this link. Unpack the downloaded archive using the archiver. Regards
