We typically don't wrap our pieces but we can if you would like, just let us know. We ship in unmarked boxes with no indication that the pitem inside is jewelry. May include: A gold pendant with a marquise-cut, vibrant pink gemstone. The gemstone is set within a detailed, textured gold frame. The pendant has a small, looped bail for a chain.

This darling charm began its life as a late Victorian/Edwardian-era stick pin. Our in-house jeweler has thoughtfully reimagined it into a wearable modern pendant, using the original pin stem to hand-craft a movable bail. Solid 10k Yellow and White Gold. The original "10k" hallmark from the pin has been preserved and is visible on the bail (see photo 7). Radiant pink stone (likely glass) measuring 9.75 mm x 6.5 mm. It is beautifully framed by white gold and secured with four yellow gold prongs. A striking two-tone geometric motif that offers a classic yet modern feel is and perfect for any gift or occasion!

POLICIES:
Layaway
We are happy to break down the cost of your purchase into something more manageable. We completely understand falling in love with that special piece that is just outside the budget. We require 20% to start, and typical plans range from 3-6 months to pay off the remainder. Please contact us to work out a plan together. Layaway payments are non-refundable.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly accept returns with a restocking fee of up to 8%. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges, insurance is highly recommended. If we do not receive the piece due to postal error without insurance, we cannot refund your purchase. Layaways and resized or pieces altered in any way for a customer are NOT eligible for return. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if you would like to return it. Pieces must be shipped out within 7 days. Please provide us with tracking. Once we receive the piece in original, unaltered condition, we will process the refund. Again, if we have resized a piece for you, it is NOT eligible for refund.

Shipping
Once a package leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for it and have no ability to expedite shipping or find a package that has been delayed or is stuck in customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to track your item and reach out to local postal services if there are further inquiries. We can file an insurance claim for lost packages, and we follow the guidelines of the carrier and the insurance provider. Insurance claims will NOT locate your item. Please understand that the buyer is responsible for all customs and import fees, we will not undervalue pieces, so please do not ask that we do.

Holds or reserving an item
We can hold a piece for up to 48 hours with 20% down. Please contact us to arrange the details. We cannot hold a piece without a deposit.

Gold and gem authenticity
We work with a professional, family-owned local jeweler with whom we confirm the gold content of our pieces and the authenticity of gemstones. We include all we know about a piece in the listing. We often do not know if gems are heat treated or lab created. We do not guarantee this information, only the details included in the listing are guaranteed. If you would like to have these details verified by a jeweler of your choice, we would encourage you to do so, however we do not offer returns based on these details.

Care instructions
Antique and vintage jewelry can be fragile. We recommend you not wear these pieces while swimming, showering, washing hands, gardening, etc. Small elements such as seed pearls can easily fall out during such activities. It is not recommended to sleep with necklaces. Wear your jewelry with care and it should be just fine!
