This Vintage collar/bib necklace with Malachite and Lapis is a statement piece of fine jewelry. Made with high quality 950 Silver. Most likely from Mexico or Chile, although its origin is unknown.

The rectangular pendant featured is a beautiful trapezoid main stone of lapis lazuli, accented with alternating lapis and malachite stones and set in high grade 950 silver.


The necklace is a unique handmade piece of art with a box and clasp closure. Each stone is connected to the next with a very sturdy hinged design, enabling it to lay flat against the chest. It is a very comfortable piece to wear, and strong as well.


If you like the overall design, you will be very happy with your purchase. Excellent vintage condition.


NOTE:

I just noticed a chip out of one of the smaller Malachite stones. Please see photo. The stone is one over from the clasp, so not too visible, but still a flaw.
