What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery whenever possible and include clear photos of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, full refund, or partial refund. We're always happy to help resolve any issue with your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Our physical products are made to order, so we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us so we can help. This does not affect your rights under applicable law or Etsy policies.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

How do I choose the correct frame size?

For frames without a mat, the selected frame size corresponds to the photo or artwork size it is designed to hold. For matted frames, please check the mat opening dimensions shown in the listing. If you're unsure, send us your artwork dimensions before ordering and we'll gladly help.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium frames?

Our Standard Oak frames feature lightweight plexiglass, while Premium Oak frames feature real glass and a wider oak profile. Both are made with solid oak and are available in Natural, Walnut, Black, and White finishes. Please review each listing for the available options.

Are photos and artwork included with picture frames?

Our frame only listings do not include artwork or photo prints. However, our personalized framed photo listings include professional printing and framing of the photo you provide. Please check the individual listing description to confirm what is included.
