Bag turned out cute. I’m not a total beginner but I think the instructions could be better. There was no instruction to turn the strap to the right side once sewn and no advice to roll out the seam at the top once the lining was sewn in and topstitch which gave the bag a nice finish. A true beginner would need to be told this. Also if I’m purchasing a pattern I prefer a template rather than just advice to cut pieces to a certain dimension.
