Are your robes prepared as “custom”?

Yes, our robes are hand-made to order, so we consider these as custom items. Please make sure to review sizing chart.

How do I care for my item?

Fabric items (towels, robes, cotton bags) have laundry guide on it. We recommend cold wash for fabrics. For Beach Bags, Sunglasses, Hats or Accessories we recommend wiping with a slightly wet cloth to clean. All items are very durable. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

If you see a tax payment when ordering, it means that additional customs duty will not be charged. But if the tax has not been paid, then you may get a call or an e-mail from DHL or FEDEX shipping companies when your order is at customs and the tax is to be paid. If we notice that your delivery country is charging customs tax for products, we issue an official document to reduce tax costs which helps you save approximately 60-70%.
