I love my charm! The artist was great to work with and accepted video game screenshots as references. They responded after approx a month with the initial version and did an amazing job capturing likeness and iterating based on my notes. 100% worth it for the price.

Artist was super nice and did an amazing job on keychain! I was worried about the complex wings on my friends character, but they adapted them perfectly and were so nice about such a complicated request. Love how it came out, its so cute. Would recommend and will probabky be ordering from them again!
