Returns and exchanges: I do not accept returns on exchanges if your notebook is personalised. Not personalised: returns within 14 days. You are responsible for the shipping cost in returning the item to me. Once I have the item back I will send a refund or a new item if you are exchanging. My processing time is 1-5 working days depending on what you are ordering from the date of purchase. If you live in the UK - Your items will be shipped to you using 2nd Class Royal Mail, usually delivered in 2-7 working days but Royal Mail ask that you please allow 15 working days for your items to arrive. Gift wrapping and packaging

I try to be as eco friendly with my packaging. I use tissue paper in lots of my orders which is recycled. If you happen to get some bubble wrap in your order - this is reused from my personal orders so please use again or recycle. This cuts down cost and I can offer lower prices. Gift wrapping is available but not for spiral and hardback notebooks. I will use brown paper and twine to gift wrap your order.
