Most products can be personalized. Please reach out to us if you don't see what you are looking for. A preview will be sent for all sweatshirts with personalization, but if you would like one for another product please contact us.

The sizing chart is displayed in the listing pictures for your reference. They are true to size for unisex shirts. For women we recommend getting your normal women’s size if you want a relaxed fit or size up 2-3 sizes for a more oversized fit. For men we recommend going with your normal size or sizing up one size for a more relaxed fit.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is not available and only some products have gift messaging options. Please reach out if you would like to send message with your gift.

Which brand do you use for t-shirts?

We use Comfort Color 1717 shirts and they are known for their quality. Also they are extremely soft and our customers love it. They are unisex shirts.

Which brand do you use for Sweatshirts?

We use Gildan 18000 sweatshirts. A medium-heavy fabric blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester, this sweatshirt feels cozy and is the perfect choice for those colder months.

Our processing time is about 3-6 days. During holidays, we may see a slight delay, please also expect USPS shipping delays as the amount of orders processed are slightly more.

Regular shipping will take 1-5 business days. We do not offer rush shipping as it is quite expensive, but if you would like a quote please reach out.

What happens if I am not happy with my purchase.

Please reach out as soon as possible, we have a 100% happiness guarantee! If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please let us know and we will gladly give you a refund or make it right!

What do I do if I receive the wrong order.

If there's a mistake with the order, please contact us, and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible!
