i am extremely sorry about the helmet, upon inspection with my employees it has been concluded that it was a quality control oversight and i take full accountability for the rare lapse in quality of my product. Although it may not be enough for the inconvenience but i have issued a refund as a gesture of apology. Again apologies for an unpleasant experience
