HOW TO ORDER:

Step 1: Choose Qty/Pricing tier:
(Example 1 : If you need 4 kooizes, chose 1-5 option for the size koozie you want, slim or standard and number of sides you want printed on, 1 side or double side prints)

(Example 2: If you need 50 kooizes, chose 6-99 option for the size koozie you want, slim or standard and number of sides you want printed on, 1 side or double side prints)

Step 2: Choose Koozie Color

Step 3: Chose your preferred qty:
Example 1: If you need 4 koozies, choose 4 as your qty in the qty field and then add to cart, costs will calculate in your cart for the number chosen in the qty field.

(Example 2: If you need 50 koozies, choose 50 as your qty in the qty field and then add to cart, costs will calculate in your cart for the number chosen in the qty field.

**Need to add another size or color? Return back to the item and repeat steps 1-3, items will calculate in your cart.

Step 4: Add your personalization's in the personalization box or leave a note that you will be providing artwork/design.

Step 5: If you have artwork already available, please email your artwork/Design to rsgprintingllc [!at] gmail.com or you can send to us through Etsy messages.

☛ Due to variations in monitors, smartphones, and tablet displays, koozie colors and/or mockup colors may appear differently in person. RSG Printing is not responsible for these differences.
☛ Kindly review your proofs thoroughly, ensuring all dates, times, spelling, names, and venue details are correct. We’re not responsible for any errors once approved.
☛ If you fail to respond or approve the digital mockup within 48 hours, a reminder notice will be sent, if still no response, best choice design (font style, color) will be chosen, and order will be produced and shipped.
☛ If you want to cancel your order after the mockup is created and sent to you, then 10% cancellation charges will apply.
☛ Production begins only after digital mockup approval—please approve quickly to keep things on schedule.
☛ Please specify your event date and need-by date in the personalization box to help us schedule production.
☛ Once your order is printed, it cannot be refunded.
☛ If the event date is less than 2 weeks away, your order will require a Rush Order Fee to prioritize production and express shipping ensure timely delivery.

SHIPPING:

☛ Your order will ship 5-7 business days after your digital mockup approval for orders below 100 pieces. If you're ordering 100+ pieces and need sooner than 5-7 business days, expedited shipping may be required.
☛ Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country, payable to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Our shipping charges don’t include these additional costs.
☛ We’re not responsible for transit delays caused by shipping couriers, such as weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
☛ Please share your phone number for shipping purposes.
☛ We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, as it is sometimes uncertain whether they will be delivered or may result in delivery delays. Therefore, please share an alternate address (home or work) to ensure smooth delivery.
