I accept returns/exchanges if i am notified first within 7 days from the day your order was delivered. You can make a return within 15 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, products must be received: • Unworn and in new condition • In original packaging with tags attached • With a packing slip for proper crediting Make sure that the product is in original packaging and does not show any signs of wear(scratches on jewelry, pet’s or human’s hair on veils, perfume smell on fur scarves)….. To make a return, download a USPS prepaid label here for US returns: glamrefund.com (a $11 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund). Unfortunately, I cannot accept a return if your item was customized in any way.

Perfect veil for my dress. It arrived in plenty of time. I do recommend being confident in knowing your wedding dress color prior to ordering. Seller delayed shipping to confirm my dress color. I was under a time crunch so this was mildly stressful but it worked out and the veil was perfect with my dress
