I recently ordered a kurta, but unfortunately, I received the wrong color. I reached out to customer service expecting a quick resolution, but instead of a straightforward fix, I found myself caught in a cumbersome process. To get the issue resolved, I am being asked to ship back the incorrect kurta in order to receive a refund. This has turned into a painful back-and-forth that requires multiple follow-ups, adding unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. Shipping the item back is yet another hassle that I didn’t anticipate. I had hoped for a smoother resolution when I encountered this issue. Overall, my experience has been disappointing, and I would think twice before ordering again
