Once your payment has been processed, your digital files will be available to download from your Etsy account. To access them, simply sign in and go to: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases

Select your order from the list and click “Download Files” to save to your device. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will also email you a download link—just be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it right away.

Please note that digital downloads are not accessible through the Etsy mobile app. If you're using a phone or tablet, you’ll need to open Etsy in your web browser to download the files.

You will receive 1 PDF document as a download, which includes a link to the high resolution JPEG files which are stored in Google Drive (as Etsy storage space is limited)

If you need a size that isn’t included in your download, we’re happy to help with custom resizing for larger formats. Please reach out before placing your order to confirm that your requested dimensions can be accommodated and is suitable for the design you wish to buy.
Each artwork includes one complimentary resize. Alternatively, many online printing services also offer easy resizing options if you’d prefer to manage it yourself.
