About this item
History
This is the 1940s Parker New Style Duofold Jr. in Jet Black Permanite. Iconic pen that was styled after the earlier Vacumatic and Duofold lines of the 1930s and 40s and produced in many sizes and colors. DUOFOLD is still Parker flagship model. Made in Denmark for Danish market– barrel has an additional Christian Olsen anchor imprint. Double Band to the cap lip, Vacumatic-style Split Arrow clip. with PARKER logo.
Pen's condition
Good condition, nice glossy surface, trim in good condition with some wear as shown, imprint still readable. The pen has normal signs of use and storage and so it has some marks consistent with daily use over the years as shown in photos, but nothing significant. Priced accordingly to reflect this.
Filling system fully restored, the pen’s ready to fill and write. Button filler.

Original 14k solid gold Danish PARKER DUOFOLD nib Fine to Medium (M) grade, semi-firm - writing with fine line, with slight ink shading. Please see the writing sample. Additional crown logo made up of letters NGI (Nordisk Guldpenne Industri)
