“The customer service is above 5 stars, responded every inquiry in a very short time, the rug is soft nad has a good pile, although I hope the amount of fibers that comes out qill be minimal in the next few weeks, now is very abundant. In my opinion the quality is not in par with the price. Some points to consider will be spots on the carpet that are not due to the natural wool, also packaging for shipping is damaging the wave of the carpet, I have laid mine in the sun hanged and still has bumps and folds from being folded and not rolled . The edges show the uneven cut/finish of the rug on all four sides.”
