We want you to be happy with your purchase but realize that for whatever reason you may want to return your purchase. Here are some guidelines regarding returning items to us. * Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. * Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. * Items must be in their original condition. Returns with visible wear, damage, or tarnishing will be denied return. * Orders less than 35.00 will not have initial shipping fee returned. * If a return brings your order total below our 35.00 free shipping minimum, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Lost or Stolen Packages

I'm so sorry to hear your package might be lost or stolen! While I can't be responsible for packages once they're with USPS, I'm happy to help you file a claim. You can also file a claim directly with USPS if you prefer. Filing a claim is handled through USPS or the carrier used to ship your purchase. We can only process a refund or replacement once USPS has approved and completed their investigation, which usually takes a few weeks. I'll be sure to send any updates as soon as I receive them. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct, as I'm unable to offer refunds for packages sent to incorrect addresses. Let me know if you have any questions!

We take great care in wrapping and packaging your purchase, and although it is very rare items do sometimes arrive damaged unfortunately. Damages from shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. Anything after this is considered wear and tear and is not subject to be returned or exchanged. If your item arrives damaged, Please message me (within 48 hours of delivery) a few photographs of the damaged item. I will send a return label and will exchange or refund the damaged item upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item. A replacement or refund will be sent out once I receive and inspect the item.

Can I return Clearance items?

Once an item reaches clearance, it is Final Sale. It is not returnable or exchangeable.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We are thrilled that we have been shopped by clients who are jewelry artists as well as individuals that are looking for jewelry pieces for themselves or to be given as gifts! Our affordable prices are appealing for all, but being a jewelry supply shop, we unfortunately don't offer gift messages, wrapping or packaging. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Customers are responsible for any post purchase expenses such as tariffs, duties or taxes. We charge actual shipping cost based on weight, each piece will have slight weight variations. Packaging also adds to weight. We charge shipping, not the materials. If the actual shipping cost is higher than what was paid, we'll send an invoice for the difference, to be paid before we can ship your purchase. If your purchase is returned for any reason (non delivery/refused delivery/taxes/duties/tariffs not paid, etc) and is subject to any fees or postage to be paid by me, those fees will be deducted from your purchase before any potential refund is processed. All other policies listed above are in effect for international orders.

Custom and personalized orders

Contact us if you have any ideas for a custom item or wanted a slight variation on an existing item! Custom orders require a 30% deposit. Deposits are not returnable or transferable to other items. 12 piece minimum quantity per style. Custom order lead time is typically 4-6 weeks, sometimes a bit longer depending on workload. I will keep you informed on any changes to the timeline. Time frame starts on the day or next day after payment, excluding weekends. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
