Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. Because our items are made to order, our policy is exchange only. If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact us through Etsy within 14 days of the item’s delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost of item. We will cover the cost to ship the new item to you. We will ship your exchange as soon as possible after receiving the return package. Though we do our best to get exchanges out as quickly as possible, new orders typically take priority, so there may be a slight delay in receiving your new item. Returns are typically not accepted, however if there is an issue with your order please reach out and we will assist!

Lost or Stolen Packages

MindfulFantasy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any issues that may arise. If your package does not arrive or is missing, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to help you navigate the situation. Thank you for your understanding!

Incorrect Address/Address Change Requests

We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. If a package is not delivered/lost due to an incorrect address, any additional production & shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. If you need to change the address, please send us a message within 1 hour of purchase.

International Shipping

Delivery of orders outside the US can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on location. MindfulFantasy is not responsible for customs delays. Please be aware that your country may impose VAT or import taxes on your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. MindfulFantasy is not responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred upon delivery.

MindfulFantasy reserves the right to refuse the use of coupon codes at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, situations where the code is deemed invalid, expired, or misused.
