How do I download my digital prints?

Upon purchase, Etsy will send you an email containing download information for the print(s). If you cannot find the email with the download link, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes. You may also try adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book. Alternatively, if you have an account with Etsy, you can click on Your account (top right corner of the page), then click ‘Purchases and reviews,' and then ‘Download Files’ to the right of your order. You can also copy and paste this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases. Please make sure to use a computer (not the mobile app) to download your files, as Etsy does not support downloads via mobile devices.

How do I print my digital art prints?

For high-quality prints, I recommend using a trusted photo lab instead of printing at home. Here are a few of my favorites: printsoflove.com, pictureframes.com, mpix.com, parabo.press, and posterjack.com. You can also print at places like Walgreens, CVS, Office Depot/OfficeMax, or Staples. Note: I do not recommend Walmart, as their file handling can be inconsistent and may affect your print quality. For best results, use heavyweight matte paper or card stock for a professional finish. If ordering online, MATTE is the recommended paper finish for most designs. Printing at home is a quick and convenient option! Please note that color output and print quality can vary depending on your printer, ink, and settings.

What sizes will I receive, and how do I know which one to print?

You’ll receive your files in several standard aspect ratios, designed to fit a variety of common frame sizes. For best quality, I recommend printing at or below the sizes listed below. ~2:3 Ratio Inches: 4x6, 6x9, 8x12, 10x15, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36 Cm: 10x15, 15x23, 20x30, 30x46, 41x61, 51x76, 61x91 ~3:4 Ratio Inches: 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 15x20, 18x24, 27x36 Cm: 15x20, 23x30, 30x41, 45x60, 38x51, 46x61 ~4:5 Ratio Inches: 4x5, 8x10, 12x15, 16x20, 24x30 Cm: 20x25, 30.5x38, 41x51, 51x63.5, 61x76 ~5:7 (ISO / International Sizes) A5, A4, A3, A2, A1 Inches: 5x7 Cm: 12.7x17.8 ~11:14 Ratio Inches: 11x14, 22x28 Cm: 22x28, 44x56 Not seeing the size you need? I used Apple Pay and can’t find my download—what should I do?

If you used Apple Pay or signed in with an Apple ID, you may have selected the “Hide My Email” option. When that happens, Etsy sends your order confirmation and download link to a randomly generated email address instead of your actual inbox. Not to worry! You can still access your files by logging in on a computer (not a phone or tablet) and going directly to: www.etsy.com/your/purchases If you still don’t see your order, feel free to message me on Etsy—I’m happy to help! You can also reach out to Etsy Support for assistance in locating your order.

Help! I didn't get an email with my download!

If you signed into the Etsy app using your Apple ID, your order confirmation and download link were likely sent to the email address connected to your Apple ID. This is often an iCloud email (like yourname@icloud.com), which might be different from the one you usually check. This is one of the most common reasons downloads seem to go missing—so be sure to check your Apple ID inbox and spam/junk folders first! If you've checked your Apple ID email and also looked in your Purchases section on a desktop browser (www.etsy.com/your/purchases) but still can’t find your order, feel free to message me through Etsy and I’ll be happy to help.

How do I unzip my files?

Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will email you a download link, or you can access your files anytime by going to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews. To open the ZIP folder, download the file to your computer or tablet (not on mobile if your device is not set up for ZIP files). Double-click to open the ZIP folder, or right-click and select “Extract” or “Unzip”. Your individual files will appear in a new folder, ready to use!

How do I access my files on my mobile device?

Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will email you a download link, or you can access your files anytime by going to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews. Open the “View Your Files on Etsy” link from your Etsy email. Tap the ZIP folder to download it to your device. Locate the downloaded ZIP file in your Files app (or any file manager you use). Tap to open or extract the ZIP file: Most devices can unzip files using the built-in Files app. If needed, you can use a free app like WinZip or iZip from your app store.
