Custom and personalized orders

All custom and personalized orders will be sent a mockup sample of custom request. I will need your approval before making it, so it meets your expectations. Please turn on Etsy app notifications, or look out for Etsy email with my request for you to approve design. Delaying approval, will delay your order being completed.

To preserve the design and quality of garments, it is best to turn garment inside out, wash in cold water ONLY, tumble dry low, and don't iron on design. Hang dry is best! Please follow the care instructions included in the product listing.

What happens if I make an error in my personalization notes?

In order to ensure your order is made as you requested, I will always message an order confirmation with the notes from your order. Please turn on app and email notifications for ETSY to receive my messages. If customer does not reply within 24 hours, the order will be processed and made according to personalization notes. Follow instructions under personalization to confirm accurate custom order details. If in doubt, please message me and I'll respond within an hour to clarify and confirm your order details.

What if I chose the wrong size?

All listings include sizing charts and instructions on how to size. If in doubt, best to message me so I can assist you with sizing. All orders are made to order, so returns or exchanges is not available at this time.

What happens if I receive the wrong size?

While I strive to get every order done perfectly, and partnered with high quality vendors, human error may happen. Please reach out to me within 3 days of receiving order with a picture of item. I will message you instructions on mailing back item. Once I receive the item, I will ship you the correct item.
