What is this store's return and exchange policy?

If you have received the incorrect items, I will do my best to replace them. Please contact me here with photos so we can discuss the options! In the case that items are damaged during shipping, refunds will not be issued as I'm afraid that is not my fault and I do my best to package carefully. However, we can discuss options such as a partial refund, discount, or replacement if you are willing to cover part of the shipping cost to resend. Lost packages will not be replaced or refunded. Most orders will come with tracking so if there are any delivery issues once it arrives in your country, please get in contact with your local postal service! For untracked mail (stickers and prints), consider upgrading to tracked parcel at checkout!

Will you restock any sold out items?

Unless in popular demand, I most likely won't restock so please get them while they are available!

About shipping + shipping time

I ship from Australia and international orders typically take anywhere between 2-6 weeks to arrive. Domestic orders should arrive within a week. Tracking will be included by default for non-flat merch (keychains, standees, blocks etc.) but if you'd like a cheaper untracked option, please message me before ordering! I won't be responsible for any lost packages, however. Flat merch (stickers, prints, photocards) will NOT INCLUDE TRACKING and can take 1-2 months to arrive. You can optionally upgrade to tracked parcel at checkout!

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within a few days of it being placed. Should there be any delays, I will send out a notification to let you know when I expect it to be shipped. For orders including pre-order items, they will be shipped a week after I receive the items. Please check the product descriptions for estimates of shipping time!

What method of shipping do you use?

I ship via airmail. Small items like charms/keychains and small prints will be mailed in padded envelopes. I do my best to ensure that nothing will get damaged but if you receive your order and you have suggestions on how I could improve my packaging method, please don't hesitate to let me know!

Do you take art or merch commissions?

Currently I only accept commercial commissions but sometimes I may have time so feel free to contact me about it! (You can contact me on twitter or instagram about this instead, links are provided in the "About" section above!)

I have other questions that aren't answered here!

Please don't hesitate to contact me anytime and I'll do my best to answer any questions that you may have! ^^ I will typically reply within 24 hours.

Item arrived quickly after ordering, and it's exactly as I was expecting. Cleans my glasses well, and the seller gave three ORV photocards and a sticker as freebies! *The biyoo drawn on the package envelope was incredibly cute, thank you for that.
