Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery? Every item in Alfre Briar is made to order, so I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges after delivery. If you have a specific request — a size preference, a note about a gift — please message me before or during your order, and I'll do everything I can to accommodate it. Your experience matters, and I'm always here to help.

Do you send photos before you ship items?

Because each item goes straight into production once ordered, I'm not able to send preview photos before shipment. All listing photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible, so you know exactly what to expect. If you have questions about a specific item before ordering, please message me —I'm happy to help.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

Every item is custom-made to order, so I don't offer refunds or cancellations as a general policy. That said, your satisfaction genuinely matters to me. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's an issue with the quality, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and I will work with you to make it right, whether that's a replacement or another solution. I stand behind everything in this shop.

Do you offer rush production?

Most items are in production for 1–5 business days before shipping, with standard delivery taking 4–8 business days after that. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons. Express shipping may be available at checkout depending on your location. If you have a deadline, message me before ordering, and I'll let you know what's possible.

Digital downloads- I can’t find my download notification email

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. Your download link is also available directly in your Etsy account under Purchases. If you still can't locate it, message me, and I'll sort it out right away.

What if my package is delayed, lost in transit, or stolen?

Once your order leaves my hands, it's in the care of the shipping carrier. Alfre Briar is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or theft after handoff. That said, I won't leave you without support. If your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, please message me, and I'll help you open a trace with the carrier. For eligible orders up to $250, Etsy's Purchase Protection program may also cover you — you can open a case directly through your Etsy account if needed. If you suspect theft, your carrier can provide the last GPS scan point to assist with a police report.

What are the care instructions for blankets and throws?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly on any printed design. Treating your piece with care means it will last — and that's the whole point of buying something from Alfre Briar.

For digital download products — do you accept returns or cancellations?

Due to the instant-access nature of digital files, I'm unable to offer refunds or cancellations once a download has been accessed. If there's a technical issue with your file — wrong format, corrupted download, or anything else — please message me, and I'll resolve it promptly.

Do your blankets come in exact sizes, or is there variation?

All velveteen blankets are handcrafted and may vary by 1–2 inches from the listed dimensions — this is completely normal for soft textile goods and is not a defect. If you're buying for a specific space or purpose and need a precise fit, please message me before ordering and I'll give you the most accurate sizing guidance I can.

This luxurious velveteen throw blanket features birds perched among flowering botanical vines in warm beige, sage green, dusty blue, and coral red — the kind of layered, faded-garden palette found in textiles that have lived in a home for generations. Designed as both a functional sofa accent and a styling piece with real presence, this throw brings an unhurried, well-loved botanical character into everyday comfort.

Timeless Botanical Elegance Meets Everyday Comfort

✦ Premium 300 GSM velveteen fabric with birds and flowering vines in warm beige, sage green, dusty blue, and coral red
✦ Soft enough for daily use yet beautiful enough to display permanently draped over armchairs or sofas
✦ A muted, garden-faded palette that reads like a textile passed down rather than picked off a shelf
✦ Perfect housewarming gift for nature enthusiasts who appreciate botanical artistry and quiet, considered design
✦ Designed to be left out as a permanent styling accent that enhances your home's character while providing cozy comfort
