Which countries do you ship to and how long does delivery take?

I ship to most of Europe and the USA, as well as many other countries. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. After that, delivery to the US and Europe is typically around 3–10 business days. During busy seasons or due to carrier issues it can occasionally be a bit faster or slower, but I always keep an eye on orders and support you if anything looks delayed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Each poster is made to order just for you, so I don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, etc. However, if there is any issue with your order (damage, misprint, big delay, wrong item), please contact me via Etsy Messages. I’ll investigate with my print partner and arrange a replacement, refund or another fair solution for you.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or very late?

Please send me a message as soon as you notice the problem, along with clear photos of the poster and packaging. I’ll open a case with the printer/shipping provider and, once verified, I’ll resend the item or issue a refund depending on the situation. Your poster should arrive in good condition, and I’ll work with you until it does.

Do your posters come framed, or just as prints?

Many designs are available both framed and unframed. Where framing is offered, you’ll see different options in the size/finish menu of the listing (for example “Print Only” or “Framed Poster”). If a listing doesn’t show a frame option, that specific item is for the print only.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you message me within the first hour after placing your order, I can usually cancel or edit it before it enters production. After that, the printing process often starts automatically and changes are no longer guaranteed. Still, feel free to contact me and I’ll see what’s possible.

Will I have to pay customs duties or extra taxes?

Product price and shipping are shown at checkout. Any additional customs duties, VAT or import fees are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. I work with regional print partners (for example in the US, EU or UK) whenever possible to reduce the chance of extra charges, but sometimes local authorities may still apply fees.

Where are the posters printed and shipped from?

I use trusted print partners in multiple regions. When you place an order, it’s usually produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address (for example within the US, EU or UK). This helps keep shipping times shorter and reduces the risk of customs delays.

Do you offer custom designs or personalisation?

I don’t list full custom work as a standard option yet, but I’m always happy to hear your idea. If you’d like a design inspired by a specific era, band, movie or concept, send me a message and we can see what’s possible and how long it would take.

Can I request small changes to a design (colours, text, etc.)?

Minor tweaks are sometimes possible depending on the artwork (for example, slight colour adjustments or removing small elements). Message me with the exact change you have in mind and I’ll let you know if I can do it and whether there’s any extra cost.
