Items are sized to age or weight, with Cake Smash Rompers the height is the most important measurement to match to. Each listing has a size chart included for reference but if you're unsure of the correct size to order please send me a convo first and I'll offer my advise.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All handmade items are wrapped in my custom rainbow paper as standard before being carefully packaged. Handmade items are sent wrapped, and packaged in mailer boxes, before being placed in a recyclable rainbow bag. Ready to stitch items are sent in garment bags inside a rainbow mailer. Party Hats are boxed. You can add a gift message at checkout, this will be printed on presentation paper stock and included at no extra cost.

All clothing has care labeling attached.

US shipping is via Royal Mail International Tracked Service for outfits, t-shirts, party sets & party hats - this has a 5-9 day delivery aim with full tracking for peace of mind. Finally delivery is carried out in the US by USPS with Delivery Duty Paid

Standard UK P&P is with Royal Mail Tracked48 - whilst this aims to deliver in 2-3 working days it can take up to 10 working days for delivery. If you require your item to be received faster than this I offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day 1pm as an upgrade at checkout.

All the embroidery designs available in my store can be stitched onto any kind of fabric or outfit. The characters rompers can also be made without numbers, on request.

Most of my outfits can be made from premmie/tiny baby sizing upward. If you would like something in a size that isn't listed please message me to see if it's possible.

International Shipping

International shipping is with Royal Mail International Tracked for all outfits, t-shirts, party sets, party hats & high value accessories (bags, hoodies etc) Small items - patches, socks, badges & wands are sent on a standard service to keep costs low - this service has no available tracking for the end customer though a proof of delivery is obtained. The option to upgrade to tracked or courier services is always available at checkout for additional peace of mind.

Can I get my item sooner? Priority/Rush Orders

I totally understand that hectic happens when you have children and often things are left to the wire for events especially when you're unsure of sizes to order. I accomodate Priority Orders whenever possible working outside my usual hours and production times to have items ready quickly. If you need something sooner than the estimated date shown on the item pages please message before purchase to avoid disappointment. I have a zero cancellation policy so placing an order without checking first I reserve the right to send your item after the advertised turnaround timescale.
