Will there be a signature required for delivery?

Orders over $250 are shipped with a signature required. All Arrow and Sullivan Furniture orders are shipped with a signature required. Please inspect all shipments for damages before signing.

What is your return policy for patterns and books?

Patterns and books may not be returned due to copyright laws. We reserve the right to issue refunds on refused or abandon packages. If there was a mistake on your order, please reach out to customer service within 30 days after your item has been delivered. Unfortunately, if we are not notified within those thirty days, we will not be able to replace, reship, or issue a refund.

What is your return policy on fabric?

To speed up the return process and give further instructions, please get in touch with us as soon as you receive your item. Fabric that is cut by the quarter yard may not be returned. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. If an item has been used or taken apart, it is not eligible to be returned. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will begin a return process and refunds will be given then. There will be no shipping fee refunds. We reserve the right to issue refunds on refused or abandon packages. Every return needs to be in brand-new condition and come with its original packing.

Can I return larger items such as mats, sewing machines, tutto bags, etc.?

We accept returns/exchanges on larger items IF any large product are missing, damaged, or wrong. Please contact customer within 30 days of receiving your order so that we may work with you to make things right. However, if we are not alerted within those first thirty days, we will not be able to replace, reship, or issue a refund. If you are approved to return, we will begin a return process and refunds will be given accordingly once we have received and inspected the item(s). There will be NO shipping OR return shipping fee refunds - please keep in mind bigger items cost more to ship. We reserve the right to issue refunds on refused or abandon packages. How do I contact seller if there is a problem with my order?

Please contact us through Etsy messages if there is a problem with your Etsy order. Do not email or call any Quilt in a Day stores directly as they will not have any information regarding your Etsy order. We will get back to you as soon as we can so that any issue/concern can be fixed as soon as possible. Please note we are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Independence Day, Christmas Day.
