To download a digital file through mobile, you must sign into Etsy.com on a mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, etc). Your files can then be downloaded from the Purchases section of your account. This brings you to the Downloads page. • Etsy will have also automatically sent an email with a link to download your files. ⚠️ Using Apple ID / Apple Pay on Etsy can cause unique issues when finding your download via email. You may have chosen the "Hide My Email" option when first creating your Apple ID account. This means Etsy will have emailed the download information to a randomly-generated email and not your own. This automatic email is unable to be resent or forwarded. In this case, digital files must be downloaded in the Purchases section of your Etsy account on a web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc). The Etsy App does *not* allow for downloading.
