Despite the multi-step process (receiving the mold, returning the mold, and waiting for the necklace to be created and arrive), the whole order went smoothly and with impressive speed. While shopping around, it seemed like this type of item is routinely scammed by people who pretend to use your mold, but just use a standard one instead. I was wary of that, but this seller definitely used mine; they even send the mold with the necklace so you can confirm. I’m so impressed with the gorgeous finished product and would absolutely recommend this seller!!
