We ship USPS ground advantage, which has an estimated speed of 2-6 business days for most orders within the US. You can upgrade to faster shipping speeds, though this only makes an item move faster once its handed to USPS, not a faster processing window. We have pick ups daily by USPS, but do allow up to 2 days for tracking numbers to update. Once an item is scanned, we cannot control speed or delivery. If you have an issue with shipment, please contact USPS. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Our ears ship in a poly mailer bag with do not bend labels. We do offer cardboard boxes for extra few bucks if you wish to add extra protection

Our Ears are 4" in diameters and the headbands and designed to fit most people ages 6 and up. They are very flexible and do not pinch unlike the Disney Parks ones in our opinion and that has been the general feedback. They are a 1" width. If your headband feels tight, we recommend stretching it by sitting the ends wide over a box overnight or for a couple days. They will loosen up. Ears ordered without a bow we will try and choose a wider headband assuming they will be for a male. If you are ordering for your little one, feel free to let us know and we can try and use a narrower headband from our selection

Custom and personalized orders

While we'd love to entertain every custom ear dream, we often do not have time for creating every set you can imagine. We will consider custom inquires based off our current work load and if we can easily find fabric. We have bins of hundred of prints that we haven't cut into yet so feel free to ask to see some others we don't have in the shop yet for an easy custom path. Changing bow or trim colors is also very easy to customize on existing sets. Non mouse themed ears are not something we typically plan for so if we need to source custom fabric, this can take several weeks/months and cost upward of $50 a set of ears. Since extra work to source and communicate with you, we have to account for that time and extra materials.

Business hours are M-F 9am to 5 pm. We will process accessory orders and messages over the weekends. Each day we can turn out 14-18 pairs from cutting to packaging them up and a whole bunch of steps in between. Halloween- Christmas is our busiest time of year and we get several hundred orders each week which is why we quote 2-4 weeks of a processing window before shipping. October will be 2-5 weeks due to a week of vacation for our family. We do offer a rush that cuts the like and we process in 1-3 business days. Just add it to your order or you can add it after by itself and we’ll jump on it and combine your orders on our end. Search "rush" in the shop to add this with your ears or even after your original order.

Image Placement and Requests

All photos shown are samples. We take the photos of the first pair we make and use that for the listings. Every other pair is made to order. We use fabric that is often limited edition and can takes months to reorder more if that's an option. So in order to maximize each piece of fabric, we cut the next available 4 images from the piece. This means the images and placement can vary from the sample photos. If you want specific characters/placement we can create a custom listing with a $5 upcharge for any wasted fabric. If youre interested in this, please message us first and we can create the listing for you if available.

If you placed an order and need to change the address, were now going to ask that you let us know so we can cancel and re order with the correct address. We batch print about 15-20 dailies and everything auto-populates. My "Dory" of a memory can forget which few need changes so we're now just going to require the correct addresses be in the system when you order instead of relying on me remembering. This will prevent any delays in getting your orders as quickly as possible. To keep your place in our queue, report these to us as soon as you notice it. We have anywhere from 100-200 orders at any one time.

As with all handmade items, there may be slight imperfections or variations that occur depending on supply availability. Fabrics and trims can vary based on availability. Colors may also vary slightly as computer settings are different for everyone. Our designs are built to last but are delicate in nature. They will not fall apart on their own, but please be mindful of handling and packing these carefully. Embellishments and trims can vary depending on availability. If you have an issue with your order, you need to report it to us within a week of receiving your item. While our shop has a no return or exchange policy, we can work with you for a suitable solution.

Our Process and Style

We use high quality custom cotton fabric for our products we take considerable time to source and curate. We cut, iron, sew stuff and glue our ears to custom covered headbands that match your ears. We do glue our ears to the headband using high quality hot glue, sets without bows or trim can have more visible glue where these attach. While not common, ears can be ripped off if caught or bent. If a repair is needed please reach out and we can guide you.

The iron on patch is lined with an ultra adhesive on the back. For normal wash and wear, it is recommended that you hand or machine stitch around the edges or secure edges with fabric glue.

INSTRUCTIONS
Please apply patches to clean and laundered garment.
1. Set the iron to a hot cotton setting.
2. Iron the area of garment where patch will be placed
3. Place patch on garment, embroidery facing up.
Place cloth or thin towel over patch then iron and press firmly for 15 seconds
4. Turn garment inside out, and iron the back of the patch for 30 seconds to reinforce
