I went through with the purchase and shortly thereafter received a message from the seller. Paula was extremely accommodating and a joy to work with! She was in regular contact with me throughout the process. She was very open to the ideas presented and happily made adjustments upon request. She promptly provided samples of details that were revised. I am grateful for her stellar customer service. She also included a gift that goes perfectly with the bottle. Of all my tumblers, I can say that this Owala will be the one I use most simply because Paula went above and beyond to make it perfect for me! I am truly in awe of her talent.
